What updates have been made to EveCom?
Unity Network has been hard at work for the past few months finalizing the user interface (UI) and the back-end administration system of the EveCom event ticketing platform. The goal has been to make the platform more user-friendly and intuitive for both event organizers and attendees alike.
In addition to the UI, Unity Network has also finalized the payment gateways, which will make it easier and more secure for attendees to purchase tickets to events. This also means that event organizers will have more options on how to collect payments for their events. The reports section has also been updated, providing event organizers with more detailed information about their events, including ticket sales, attendance figures, and revenue earned.
Finally, Unity Network has developed a mobile scanner app that will make it easier for event organizers to check-in attendees at the door. With all these updates and improvements, EveCom will soon be ready for beta testing. Unity Network is currently looking for beta testers for the web2 version of the platform. Beta testers will be able to provide feedback and help improve the platform before it launches to the public. The updates made to EveCom will make it easier for event organizers to plan and execute successful events, while also providing attendees with a seamless and enjoyable ticket purchase and check-in process.
The EveCom beta’s business model is simple, event organizers list their event for free and Unity Network collects fees from the sales.
Event organizer fees:
EveCom will collect 1%, which is deducted from the ticket sale price set by the event organizer.
Event attendee fees:
EveCom will collect $1 and 1% which is added to, and deducted from the ticket sales price set by the event organizer
Example:
- An event organizer sells tickets for $100
- An attendee adds 2 tickets to the cart
- The checkout shows that the attendee pays $202
- The event organizer receives $198, and Unity Network receives $4
No fees for free events.
